COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES


For Metropolitan France, DOM and Monaco:

  • Delivery in 2 to 3 working days, free for orders from 29 €
  • 4,95 € for orders below 29 €


For the European Union, Switzerland :

  • Delivery in 3 to 5 working days, free for orders from 39 €
  • For orders between 29 € and 39 € : 4,95 €
  • 9,95 € for orders under 29 €

For the moment, we do not deliver to the UK and the rest of the world.

Orders placed before 11am are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped from France with tracking, by the carrier La Poste.

Metropolitan France, French overseas territories and Monaco areas: France, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guyana.

European Union and Switzerland areas: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic.


PRICES


Our prices are indicated in Euro, and include all possible taxes applicable at the time of sale for deliveries made within the European Union.

For visitors located outside the Euro currency zone (€):

The prices displayed on our product pages are estimates converted into your local currency. Only the final price indicated in Euro in the shopping cart is valid, and the transaction will be processed in Euro. Any bank fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card issuer are your responsibility.

For shipments to addresses outside the European Union:

The customer is considered as an importer of the products. Possible taxes and customs fees may therefore be charged to you, especially when the order exceeds a certain amount. YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER ?


Please check your order tracking and contact our customer service for assistance.

In all cases, we ensure the proper receipt of each order and are available for you until the receipt of your package, and even after.


YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED?


You can return your item(s) up to 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not be used and must always be in their individual sealed packaging.

To do this you must:

  • Contact the support at help@thenailsangels.com to let us know that you wish to return your item(s) with your order number, and the references and quantities returned.
  • Send by post your article(s) with the preparation form to the address (located in France) that we will communicate to you by email.


The return costs remain at your charge. You are responsible for the proper delivery of the return order.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT BUT IT ARRIVED DAMAGED?


In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us by email at help@thenailsangels.com with the following details

  • Your order number
  • The description of the problem (wrong item, defective, etc.)
  • A photo or a video


    YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER ?


    We process the orders you place quickly, usually the same day.

    For this reason, we do not guarantee the possibility of cancellation or modification, but you can send an email of cancellation or modification as soon as possible to help@thenailsangels.com and we will do our best to try to give a positive answer to your request.

    If your order is already prepared: In this case, you will have to wait for the delivery and send us back the article(s) for a refund (cost of the product). The return costs remain at your charge.
